Policy Officer – Assistant Deputy Minister’s office (ADMO) – Labour Program -Employment and Social Development Canada – May 6, 2022 to ongoing

  • Critically review documents submitted to ADMO ensuring that they communicate their message effectively and satisfy the ADMs goals and expectations.

  • Assisting in the reviewing, and tracking of Minister Office requests, Question Period Cards, Minister Correspondence, etc.

  • Produce and deliver core documents to support the daily operations of the ADM and ADMO such as the Weekahead, Lookahead, COPD weekly and DM Stand-Up meeting notes

    • Communicate the ADMs expectations clearly and, whenever possible, engage DGs proactively in communicating expectations to DGs to influence the strategic objective of policy files and issues.
